Résumé

The SAP Process Library is the standard literature needed to analyze, describe and understand the enterprise resource planning processes of mySAP.com. Based on MindMapping methodology, the authors provide a method for preparing business processes that results in a series of knowledge maps. These are graphical pictures that clarify circumstances, reveal corporate dependencies, and focus on solving problems. In conjunction with business engineering, the Process Library sets up organizational structures, business processes and knowledge management systems. The process areas are clearly explained with knowledge maps and EnjoySAP screenshots to illustrate each point. The case studies, hints and tricks, clear explanations of business management, and insights from SAP consultants will enable you to take on the task of analyzing processes for yourself. This book forms the core of the Process Library, covering business engineering, knowledge management, and how to work with knowledge maps. Along with the general topic of implementing a software solution, Analyze and Understand SAP Processes with Knowledge Maps deals with the basics of mySAP.com. The authors explain what knowledge maps are, how they are derived from the MindMapping method and how they are used in real-life situations. They describe the methodological basics of process analysis in terms of business engineering and knowledge management, and also provide concrete examples of knowledge maps with the Process Library.
