Don Jones (MCSE, A+, Net+, Server+, Compaq ASE, CTT), a founding partner of BrainCore.net, is an author, speaker, and developer with more than 10 years of technology experience. He has worked with three generations of Microsoft e-commerce products in production environments. He served as senior Web developer for a major dot-com startup and currently provides consulting services for clients nationwide. Mark Rouse (MCSE, MCDBA, MCSA, MCT, Compaq ASE) is a trainer and senior consultant for Micro Endeavors, Inc., a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider and Certified Technical Education Center.
